All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some Asian regions and remote areas may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) and handle all customs documentation. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Leather strap watches that have been adjusted or show signs of wear (for hygiene reasons)
- All custom or engraved items (final sale)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable service with insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
