Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unused
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, leather strap watches that have been adjusted or show signs of wear cannot be returned. All custom or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Package Securely: Return the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Derby headquarters using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days (processing times vary by financial institution)
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed.

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value within our current collection. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference. For lower value items, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
